Paper Smooches Valentine Challenge

I could not wait to get my hands on this Paper Smooches Stamp & Die set "We Totally Click" since I have a teenage son that loves photography and I wanted to use this set for his valentine's day card.  I thought this would be a nice card to share the Paper Smooches Valentine Challenge.  This set can be found on their website http://www.papersmoochesstamps.com.

For this card I stamped the polaroid camera image on white paper with black versa fine ink them embossed to make the black pop!  I die cut with the matching Click Icons, then stamped the sentiment and cut to fit like a picture coming out of the camera.  I colored the steps with comic markers.  Next I cut the frames with Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles, yellow was not enough so I added another in red.  The sentiment on the bottom, hearts, and arrows were filled in from the same "We Totally Click" set.  I hope you enjoy it - very easy and cute!

Thank you for checking out my blog.  I try to post at least weekly.  Have a great day!!!

Lawnscaping Challenge # 99

Today I made a card keeping it clean and simple - no bling.  I did choose some pretty bright colors though for Lawnscaping Challenge # 99 Clean & Simple.  This challenge is sponsored by Ellen Hutson an awesome online store for all crafting needs.

Today was a beautiful day in central Virginia - almost like spring!  Leading to my inspiration to choose Lawn Fawn Flutter By stamps & dies to create the butterflies and stamp the sentiment with little flowers.  I also used a Lawn Fawn stitched rectangle die.

I hope we all enjoy an early spring!  Especially my friends in the northeast.

Paper Smooches Challenge - Blissful Banners, Woofers & Tweeters, and Streamers

I made this card for a dear friend going through cancer treatment and decided to share for the Paper Smooches Challenge this week Paper Smooches Sparks Anything Goes Challenge
Check out their store for the stamps and dies I used. http://www.papersmoochesstamps.com/

For this  I love You Card I used Blissful Banners to stamp the sentiment with versamark then gold embossing powder.  Next I cut the sentiment using the matching Streamers Die Set (which also have another set of stamps that match for more versatility).  Since my friend loves the little critter cards I chose Woofers & Tweeters for the adorable dog.  The background is a stencil - falling hearts.  Then to add a little dimension I placed the dog on a stitched circle die cut.

I hope you enjoy this card as much as I did making it and happy stamping!  Thanks for stopping by.
